Richard G Wine, Funeral Director takes client privacy seriously and will only use personal data to administer accounts and to provide products and services when requested.

 

I retain client information, for reference only, for a period of seven years, in keeping with HMRC requirements.  After that time records are permanently deleted unless prior consent from the client has been obtained.

 

I will not disclose any client information to third parties without client consent.

 

All records, paper and electronic, are kept securely within my premises and as a sole trader are only accessible to myself.

 

Any external I.T support is provided by fully GDPR compliant persons or companies. You may contact me at the above address for further details.
